    Totally not hating as much as I'm just pointing out (and afraid) how cosmetic procedures in the face can really alter and add years as shown during her introduction. During her introduction, I thought she was in her 50s but then when she didn't smile, and rested her face, she looked 20!

  12. Would love to see more dumbbell workouts geared towards women. Hopefully some things that can be done in a small space. I'm a truck driver and with winter coming it's going to get too cold to be outside doing a workout. Love the videos, keep up the awesome work Buff Dudes!

    One thing "girl specific" I'd like to see is chest work when you have boobs in the way. Honestly, I struggle with benching because they keep clipping the bar before I can get full ROM, I can't do a full push up because they hit the floor (use TRX to get around that, but it's scary as hell seeing the floor coming at you from that much higher!), it's a pain, and my chest is my weakest point because I just cannot find what I can do properly. And Google just returns a gajillion stupid people's claims of making boobs look bigger with yoga-ish bull.

  27. At least you indicated the upright row to be controversial, this time. I'll take it a step further & deem it contraindicative. At the least tho', if it's controversial, why do it? Why risk potential injury when other exercises may be just as beneficial with less risk?
    When weight training long term (many years) which at the least we need for general health, why wouldn't we want to train with the least risk/most benefit? Our tendons/ligaments need kind treatment as we age. At least you're not still promoting behind the neck presses & pull downs, are you?? Flies, especially incline, are another move we need to be very careful with (promoting).
    Just know….I respect you with regard to promoting healthy lifestyles on-line.

    It's cool you guys are making videos for ladies now too. Maybe you could make a video for women trying to get into heavier lifting, like how to get started, common mistakes, #s of sets and reps you should be doing to accomplish different fitness goals, etc. But to be honest, the regular videos (for the buff DUDES I guess) are very informative on their own, maybe just throw in quick tips for women into your other videos? Thanks for making these!

    my wife is in to "Fitness modeling" so maybe some heavier lifting and arm toning workouts.. only really good arm toning/fat burning she thinks of is "battle ropes" but weather in northern ohio is preventing on most days for that.

    so yes to the buff girl series! Thumbs up dude!
