  2. This is one of my favorite videos to work out to. I love that it covers three areas: butt, thighs, and cardio!! Question: Do you guys have any videos dedicated to proper breathing? I have a really hard time breathing properly when I am doing crunches or sit ups, but those exercises feel like they give me the most burn (which is what I'm looking for). Thanks!!

    I really really love fitness blender and both of you always inspire me and keep me going…thanks for that! I just wanted to mention I find it when 20 or 15 second are left it kind of makes it feel longer and is a bit distracting. I don't mind the 10 or 5 seconds announcing but every time it's done way before that it's a bit much😬. Just a thought not sure if I'm the only one and don't mean to sound like I'm complaining lol I do appreciate all of your workouts guy's and love themπŸ‘πŸ» thanks πŸ™πŸΌ

    Hi fitness blender, I have a question I recently have been going to the gym with a trainer where we do resistance training and some cardio for 3 days a week and about an hour
    My trainer will travel for vacation for 2 weeks she told me to do cardio on the treadmill while she is not here
    Is that enough ?

  18. Will I really burn all those calories with this workout? I feel like the calorie counter goes too fast, on the treadmill it takes like 1 minute to burn 1 calorie

  26. 1 like = 1 day without junk food wish me luck i started yesterday and i want to do this including abs and cardio for 2 months so i will probs update when i can but in 2 months i will come with an final answer
    I drink 1 gallon of water a day and i eat healthy with a few treats but i will cut them all out by the end of the week
    β€’about meβ€’ im 15 and i weight around 130 and i am 5'1" i love my body, but i do have a little but and a bit of a tummy. Im doing this because i want to feel more confident and comfortable. Im willing to go the extra mile. I waited to say this till day two cause normally after the first day i would quit
    Day 3: i went to the gym today so i could do some lifting and I noticed that the workouts i use with fitness blender give me a bigger sweat and more progress. My stomach has been shrinking and my but is lifting but it also could be me wanting improvement. I dont weigh myself cause I focus on how it makes me feel and what it looks like.

    Guys, I moved from a big house to a tiny apartment, workouts in the living room are not the option anymore. I have to take FB to the gym with me from now on, what is the best way, anyone is doing it? Bring iPad? Or just phone on the arm and listening through the headset?
