    Weighted planks (I do double sets every day, with my big ass, muscular (oh natural ohyeah) bod; but me wonders how oneself can get a decently heavy weight atop one's own trapezius hmm)! Thanks Buff bro's once again tho (weights matter no matter the cost; if only the majority of mortality realized it 'fore it's way too late (no #%&^ steroids tho… all friggin' natural 'n lovin' it).
