    I'm 5 ft tall, weigh 134 and my fat percentage is at 34.2 … I work out my stomach and love handle area on Mondays (can you tell I'm not educated?) Tuesday's are legs Wednesday's arms and back Thursday is rest day Friday is cardio (cycling) I just need more ideas on workouts especially for the muffin top area. (My goal is to go to the gym and not care about what people think while they look at me, and I know it takes time before I see results. So I'm in no rush) I use to weigh 170 when I was 17. Over the course of time I got down to what I am today. Now it's not about the pounds, it's about being fit, strong and healthy. Please post more work out ideas for us beginners!!! Thanks!!!
