I usually train my legs in the gym but I love to do this whenever I’m traveling or don’t have time to do a full leg day with weights ♥︎

    Day1: really hard and painful but got through it my thighs hurt alot when walking but I'm going to keep it up 💪
    Day 2: easier to do but still very painful even more than day 1, a bit of lift on that booty area 🙂

  20. I am wondering whether it can help skinny people? Has anyone tried and has results? I don’t have fat on my back to begin with (and its kinda difficult for me to gain weight) but i don’t want to be flat
