    Hi Spotebi, I'm simply obsessed with your workouts….. May be because I'm suffering from Muffin top fat, Saddlebag on my thigh that awkwardly gives me a violin shaped hips and thighs and a fat belly 🙁 can you suggest me a highly effective exercise that will help me to get rid of my muffin top and saddlebags ?
