  6. People LOVE to hear good things about their bad habits. Hey you can eat tons of bacon …No fruits and very little veggies. You don't even have to exercise….. Hell yas sign me up! LOL people are such sheep

  8. You can also enter ketosis when you starve yourself. Your body then gains even more body fat whenever you eat anything remotely unhealthy. If you eat the same unhealthy food under normal circumstances, you'll gain a little body fat. This is in comparison to being in a ketosis state, eating the same food.

    Your body produces more body fat, because it finally isn't using the body fat as energy anymore. You go from, your body thinking you're starving yourself, to it thinking you finally came back to a normal circumstance and now you need some body fat, fast.

    NO. NO. NO. On the Keto diet, your body is in STARVATION MODE, which is UNHEALTHY and can severely hurt you. People, go to a dietitian instead of a football player and tv entertainer.

    Excellent pseudoscience video claiming that Ketones are a clean energy source, and a miracle and that there are no side effects. And then you open a basic school-level Biology book realising that there are 3 ketone bodies (one is toxic Acetone and the other 2 are extremely acidic: acetoacetic acid and beta-hydroxybutyric acid) and go through basic medical literature to show the side effects of following this high fat diet.

    Correct me if I'm wrong. But I think the Food Pyramid was created by the USDA. So that explains why it says grains should be eaten like 7 to 10 times a day.
