    My pelvic floor has gotten so much better when my physical therapist moved I didn't know what I was going to do then I started watching you thank you for sharing, love that hair as well it looks great on you

  4. Since I have been on this journey and following your videos I have been faithfully doing these type of excercises everyday . My daily life is begining to come back to normal .I have learnt how to lift bend sit stand etc by engaging myself and because my pelvic floor muscles are being strengthened it's easier and I feel good. My confidence is coming back and I don't feel broken.
