Understanding Carbs



Not all carbs are created equal! Today Jane Monzures is learning which carbs are best for our bodies with Stephanie from Food Wonderful. They’re also cooking up a healthy carb filled meal.

    Hmmmm…Eat those “great complex carbs” are a no no if you want to lose weight. Chickpeas, sweat potatoes, green peas, etc WILL keep you fat. Eat 100% raw, low glycemic veggies and the lbs. fall off.

    Recipe was VERY basic and rushed. I have no idea of the amounts used, or the time and heat needed to cook it.

  6. How are carbs essential if your body can
    A) survive without any carbs
    B) make its own glucose without dietary carbs?

    Perhaps swap the word essential with tasty 😉
