As an adult ballet dancer I could use this for sure but I'm struggl ing with my technique but I find this helpful

I start oct 3rd 🎆🎆I made this with a plank routine and my body is feeling it and watching what I eat😇💞 I hope see my body changes in a few months💞 I love this routine, I'm not a ballerina☺☺☺☺
