  7. The reason for you using the Dumbbell is to correct/or to see if you have any imbalance in your physique.

  8. But Gabe …doing the rises that way is internally rotating the shoulders? which causes pain. So the others would say thumb up.
    what do you think?

  9. Do you do each muscle twice a week? If so do you have a light and heavy day, or?

    Incline db flyes – 3 sets, 20 reps
    Standing/sitted lateral raise – 3 sets, 20 reps
    Incline db press – 4 sets, 6-8 reps
    Standing db overhead press – 4 sets, 6-8 reps
    Decline pushups – 3 sets, 15 reps
    Db skull crushers – 4 sets, 8 reps
    Standing cable french press – 4 sets, 8 reps

  16. Great workout! Tried it yesterday. The pre – exhaust is something i never did and really did a trick. The chest pump was massive and i can still feel my triceps pumped, my upper chest is a very weak area for me but the workout helped to make it sore like it never has. Thanks a lot! Got your full push/pull/legs program now so im really looking forward to it 🙂
