    So, I've trying to lose weight for a very long time now and it's been a struggle.

    I watched hundreds of videos online, I went to weight watchers meetings in my town, but nothing was working for me. I just couldn't lose weight.

  13. I’m 13 yrs old and I weigh 138 to almost 140 lbs. I need to lose lots of weight and my goal is at least 125. It’s hard for me though bc I don’t get to pick what I eat. It’s usually what my mom makes for me 😕

  17. All yoga instructors should be telling all the yoga positions "Aasnaas". For example what you people call as cobra the aasan is called as Sarpasna.

  18. Befour doin yoga u should chant omm .. U r doing wrong. We have 7 chakra in our body. With chanting omm we generate positive energy to our body.
