    What about work out plans for people that are in too much pain to do conventional work outs?

    When you say take the day off, I’m guessing you mean a day off weight training.

    However, you always talk about the need for daily movement.
    So what sort of exercise do you advise on the off-days? Would sports/cardio be okay, in your opinion?
