    Bro….. I am suffering internal hemorrhoid(piles) and I am taking Homeopathic medicine. And also I am interested for fit my body and muscle. Bt during piles,every one said avoid weight lifting, I avoided and only 4,5 sets push up doing every day. Bt i have doubt about this. Push up affects piles or aggressive piles?
