    Ok guys before u try this please when u put your legs over your head DONT NOT LOOK SIDE TO SIDE LOOK STRAIGHT IF YOU DONT THEN YOU WILL HAVE PAIN IN YOUR NECK I’ve been having pain in my neck and it hurts so bad
