Maine abhi 2-3 months se gym start kiya hai, hardly 5 meals hi consume kar paata hu with 3 hour gap, to kya mai per meal 24gm protein se jyada consume kar sakta hu??Bcz body 24gms protein in 3 hours hi absorb kar paati (for beginers)hai aesa dekha apki video me. e.g. Like in breakfast (Bulking mode) , i eat 100 gms oats, 250gms milk with 20gms soyabeans along with 4 piece of brown bread / whole wheat bread. Total protien around 8+10+10+8 = 36gms, is it okay to have meal in this way?
