This workout will target the major muscles in your body–your belly, legs, and arms–to burn the fat in these area and give you a more shapely and well-toned body!

The exercises in this workout are a combination of strength and resistance training mixed with cardio exercises so they’re sure to give you the best and the most amazing results in 30 days!

You may find this workout challenging as this is a 30-min workout. Beginners can do this but I don’t really advise it unless you’re really determined to burn fat and you can commit to doing this despite the duration of the exercise. You should also be physically prepared when you begin this exercise as this will test your endurance.

  5. This hands down was an amazing work out. I thought it wouldn't let me work up a sweat but boy was I wrong. This is perfect for when it's rainy and you don't want to head to the gym, or just a busy schedule in general.

    Till today I didn't loose weight my weight was 83 I went down 81 and again 83 why I'm walking 2km on treadmill,
    Where I'm wrong?
    Eating normal and drinking warm water with veniger also 1 time daily
