Full Week Workout Plan



So guys this is my current Full week workout plan! There are lots of advanced exercises in this plan but certainly beneficial for both beginners and advanced lifters!
Note: all exercises should be performed with a full range of motion! Controlling weight throughout!

4 DAY SPLIT

MONDAY- LEGS
TUESDAY – CHEST & TRICEPS
WEDNESDAY – REST DAY
THURSDAY – BACK & BICEPS
FRIDAY – SHOULDERS & ARMS
SATURDAY – REST DAY
SUNDAY – REST DAY

  4. This is more like it you showing us what you know. Shoulder press wow got some strength on them 80kg a side.

  5. it's quite a shame they passed you over. You can do all the phyical stuff, are good lookin' and are used to being front of cameras….you make perfect sense. I don't get it…oh well. I exhausted LOL I feel like I did a whole week myself !

  6. Gutted to hear about the SAS program. Very interesting about pre-exhausting the hamstrings. Did you feel squats on your quads more?
    I really like the plate loaded chest press. Wish my gym had one
