For the program do you require ass to the grass for it to work and how far apart does feet position gotta be for the squat? The 5×5 works I immediately start to sweat thx guys

5.Tricep kickbacks
6.Seated calf raises

What are some good workouts to actually become strong enough to squat properly? ย I always have to use the squat machine because I can't do it with proper form with using bar. ย I can't balance with my back as upright as you guys do it. ย My upper body leans more forward and I get that posterior pelvic tilt (butt wink) thing going on.
On your 5x 5 – 3 days a week cycle do you do the same exercises each day to track your weight and progress or do you do a different set of 5 exercises each 5×5 workout?
