30 sec – (2) Plank/(1) Jump over ankles
30 sec – (1)Plank/(2) Jump over ankles
30 sec – (1+2) Arm hold leg raises
30 sec – (1) Wheelbarrow pushups/chest touches + (2) Squat

    ha ha ha …Thank you…I´ll try to do this with my husband as soon as we can…but frankly after having put the kids into bed we are so finished off…I don´t know how we are going to do this…we´ve gone so unfit since we had the kids…. Basically now we are fat and unfit…so I am really curious…how we are going to end this up… hopefully we do not quit after the 2nd or 3rd day.
