    check out the Faster Study. They took muscle biopsies of keto athletes and revealed that keto athletes do indeed have muscle glycogen. The theory is that keto is glycogen sparing in that when you are keto & fat adapted the muscles convert fatty acids to fuel. Glycogen is definitely depleted in the liver tho.

    KETO is a unsustainable for most people due to the discipline it takes to follow it. It's great short term however, especially for obese folk. I've tried Keto and found I do better in the gym strength and pump wise on moderate carb consumption. But hey, whatever works right?

    Love keto! Easy to stay lean. Btw that salmon looks amazing! I haven’t seen any salmon that looks that delicious where I’m from. Gotta visit New Zealand sometime.
