What I Eat In A Day | Meals, Snacks, & Workout Full Day Of Eating



By popular request, today I’m sharing what I eat in a day. This full day of eating video includes my meals, snacks, workout nutrition, and vitamins and supplements that I take. Along with regular time at the gym doing strength training, cardio, and a handful of Olympic lifts, eating this type of diet has led excellent health, building a lot of lean muscle mass and density, as well as finally shedding stubborn belly fat.

I step on my Tanita scale twice a day and typically roll between 147-152 pounds, 7-9% body fat, and 60% total body water. For reference, I am 5′ 9″ tall.

My personal trainer, Rick Kattouf, writes my workouts and was also my nutritionist when I was an elite-level cyclist.   3. Far more healthy than what my schedule looks like. Truthfully, I don't have a schedule, I eat what ever I feel like having at the moment. I maintain approx. 150 lb. with a little exercise now and then. I say all of this but I should mention that I am 33 years older than you, so all things considered I think I am doing pretty well. I also, went back to work, as I was bored with the retirement gig. I find the physical and mental challenges to be so rewarding and hope to continue for at least five years.

    Interesting video! Just my two cents on different subjects;
    1. For losing weight: when you are at a certain weight, it doesn't matter what you start with, just start! I think the hardest part for me was just trying to stick to a program. Once things start slowing down, then I guess you will need a lot more research or professional advice.
    2. Cooking with what's left is very fun for me! However having cooking as a hobbie and dieting hasn't been the best two hobbies to enjoy at the same time.

  6. It would be helpful to know your height (no heels), weight, chest, waist, inseam and other measurements. It's really hard to know how the clothes fit on someone your size when I don't know what size you are. (Oh BTW you do look marvelous!) It would be nice to have a base of comparison for the videos already posted. Measurements change over time, so it would be great to have those included in the videos where you model different pieces of clothes. Brock aka The Modest Man includes that info and I find it really helpful.

  15. Hi, What do you think of Keto? I was struggling with Diet for the last, let's say 8years? Last year I tried Keto and I dropped 10kg in 2.5 months. Now I am back to my normal carbs diet and I am still not gaining any weight. Love to hear your thoughts.
