My Workout Routine for a Lean + Toned Body



This is what I do to workout at the moment. I have basically incorporated all the exercise I personally love and enjoy in to a routine which I do on a weekly basis. It helps me feel happy, healthy, strong and toned.

I used to exercise out of fear of not being skinny enough. Now I see it as a self-love practice and I exercise out of love for my body. There is no point in exercising if you’re not truly enjoying it, as you probably won’t maintain it long term, therefore you won’t achieve your desired results.

Combine exercises you love and enjoy together and aim to do them on a regular basis.

    This is glorious, I have been researching "muscle building diet women" for a while now, and I think this has helped.     Is the raw vegan diet just for keeping healthy? Or was it how you felt about certain things (animal abuse etc) would love to hear your take on it being vegan if vegetarian has always interested me but instead of being vegan I would probably cut out gluten Because of head aches and fatigue and I donโ€™t really like eating cow… so I really wouldnโ€™t miss it Iโ€™m fine with eating fish and sometimes chicken idk what it is I just donโ€™t like many meats

    I have a little bit of cellulite, and I was wondering what exercises would be the best to help get rid of it. I'm a teen and have started to become very dedicated to working out and staying active rather than always binge watching things on Netflix. While I already am working on my core and biceps, I'm wanting to focus more on my legs- specifically my thighs. I've started to become very self conscious about my appearance even though cellulite is barely noticeable.

  26. Such a good point about doing exercise or sport you're passionate about. Personally, I can't stand being in the gym, but I'm more than happy to suffer on the bike for 3 hours riding up mountains.
    Do what you love and it will never be a chore.
