Are you ready to sweat today? I have put together some of the best core exercises in a 20 minute workout. This ‘quickie’ will have every muscle in your trunk working hard within the first few seconds. No equipment needed for this one – you can get moving anywhere for stronger abs in seconds. Make sure you focus on the muscles that your working in each exercise. Done consistently and with good form, this free YouTube video will help you define lean muscles and a flatter stomach.     I’m gonna log my experience with this workout, because normally that helps me get motivated, and it might motivate other people to do it with me. Along with this video, I also have an exercise app and I run everyday. Our school encourages an hour of exercise everyday, so yeah.

    Day 1: I’m literally dying, but it feels really good. Most of the exercises were hard to do. I can’t do them yet, but I’ll keep practicing. The soreness of tomorrow is inevitable. I guess I can use the meme now though.
    Chuckles I’m in danger.

    I was actually sweating a lot when doing this workout. Usually, when I try ab workouts it doesn't make me sweat as much. Thank you!

    no joke I did this all last week and now my stomach has the outline of a 6 pack and it is so flat( I also ate salad, fruit, protein bars, grilled chicken, and smoothies all last week) 100% RECOMMEND!!
