  3. This was terrible. The second move is absolutely ridiculous- not in any way related to ballet barre at all. Please do not attempt

    I'm reading the comments and watching the video and laughing…. look, I get it, to each their own but even I consider myself to be a weak person compared to most other people at the gym, I always thought my threshhold was pretty low, but you guys are calling this an intense workout? Are you serious???? again, I guess to each their own but I literally thought this was a joke

  21. These exercises are so awesome. I just love these workouts because I took balle for 16 years and also cheerleading,jazz, dance, and also tumbling and acrobatics and it's been a long time since I've done any of those since I graduated high school. But I still do the balle exercise and as well as other exercises.

  25. I do ballet and a relovay (probably spelt wrong) is a snatching she does in the begging is a rise.
