Start with (Beginner and intermediate)

1.Glute Bridges (double leg and single leg)
2. Hamstring Wall Walks
3. Plank Position and move hands floor to wall


4.Decline Plank with knee tucks
5.Travel up to a handstand
6. One leg off at a time

  17. Hi there, I have a problem. I have the same pink mat I try the wall exercises closed to the wall and 8 inches back from the wall. And no matter where I put my hands even holding onto the mat my body wants to slide backwards. I've tried it on carpet and I get nothing but rug burns on my back how do you stay put without sliding. Looking forward to hearing from you Carrie

    I have an idea, why not do ab exercises that most women can do after having babies and tearing up their abs. Instead of showing off and doing advanced moves, most can't, really help people!!

    Warning! be careful, my bad I did it on a tiled floor! feet skipped out, tore my rotator cuff and chipped my front tooth on the floor!
