    I was going to skip the remaining 30 seconds of each exercise after watching the type of exercise…….but I didn't want him to cheat in his workout.

    I'll try to follow this workout as long as I can, since we're in a quarantine situation here in Italy and I've got plenty of time. I'll update here in hopes to stay motivated ✨

    Day 1: A MESS. Haven't ever really exercised in my life and this is HARD. The sets, albeit "short" really make you sweat if done correctly. I haven't skipped anything and I tried at least a couple of the most difficult ones (for example push ups are basically impossibile for me but I tried anyway). Let's see what happens tomorrow ~

  23. Maybe it's just me but like…isn't this a bit too easy? Like in the end it's only 5 minutes of working out. I do like 2 hours every day and well I'm strong af but still not that body..:/
