The 20 minute HOME workout: each exercise is performed for 45s and followed by 15s rest. The 20 exercises are listed below!

2. Squat tap backs
3. Side plank extensions
4. Kneel to squat
5. Chameleon to plank
6. Lunge to knee drive twist
7. Opposite knee + toe touches
8. Assisted asymmetric push-ups
9. Pike to kick sit
10. Crab hip thrust
11. Reverse plank marches
12. Single leg hip lifts
13. Squat to calf raise
14. Lying hyperextensions
15. Back and forth bear crawls
16. Diagonal split squats
17. Alternating pivot squats
18. Spider plank extensions
19. Opposite extensions plank taps
20. Russian bicycle twists

Cool down for 5-10mins with some light stretching (:

  12. This is a crazy great at home workout. The only thing that I would find very helpful is if you mentioned which parts of the body each workout hits/ where you should be feeling it. Sometimes I felt like I had no idea what I was supposed to be doing. But all in all it was awesome!

    Just did that workout yesterday and damn that was intense. 😀 I don't know if this is a lame idea but I have a lot of joint issues, especially my wrist, so pretty much any exercise on my hands is really painful. I thought maybe as a workout idea you could show some workouts for people who have issues with their knees or wrists, backpain etc. Your exercises seem always really creative and "think outside the box" so I would love to see what you'd recommend.     I actually want to start doing this so here we go day one: it was pretty difficult I couldn’t do like three of the workouts but I figured them out as the time was going down by about 10 so I did like three of them but at least i knew I was doing them right

  41. Love that this is "no noise". When you live in an old apartment and everyone is home (quarantined) then its not ideal to jump around on squeaky floor. But now I've done this twice and my wrists are the most sore part of my body. Im not used to do this many bodyweight exercises. Any tips on strengthen your wrists or doing the exercises in alternative ways? or should I just wait it out and my wrists will eventually not hurt anymore 🙈
