    y'all …. I am a division I soccer player and just stumbled across this workout so I thought I'd give it a try…. DUDE this was a sweaty shredder! Everyone should try this workout, I didn't realize it until I had finished the third circuit, but I am DRIPPING and feel great. Whitney I LOVE YOU!

    I did this workout from the app – I have been enjoying the app a lot. However, it was annoying that I had to leave Alive 0.1 program in order to start Alive inside. I had been adapting 0.1 for home and its a great strength training program, inside is circuits/cardio based… both good but I didn't want to have leave the 0.1 program – IM AT HOME BORED> give me ALL the options pleeeease

  11. Gee Whit, I FELT ITTT. y'all, be sure to do a warm up before this! I was too motivation high to start this workout I disregarded the warm up and it was a BAD idea. I felt so stiff the first round. Dont be like me, everyone 😅

    I'm about 30 lbs overweight and i thought i wouldn't be able to keep up. Admittedly, i had to pause before the mountain climbers on the last circuit for about 10 seconds, but i continued and finished strong. Heres to hoping i can keep up if i keep at it, and we all come out of this quarantine with fit quarantine bods 💪❤
