  14. Woo who Kelli! I've been doing your programs so I haven't done any new workouts of your since you've been back, but I can see how much you've missed it! I've been in PT for hip impingement and I've been so beside myself because I cant do any squats or lunges, or any lower body excercises minus what they give me. I know it's not the same as what you went through but I'm very glad you're back! I've been apart of the fitness blender family for about 4 ish years now! I'm so glad I found you!

  20. I have a question please it would be so helpful us someone could give me good tips.. I have narrow shoulders, even for a petite woman, I feel them too tiny. Can I do something to make them wider and I mean I want them at least 2 inches wider? Trust me it would not be too much they are really weak.
