    Big thank you for this video! I’m on week 5 now of a mild to moderate case of COVID and this exercise routine has been great for keeping my body moving without overdoing it. The stretches towards the end have been particularly helpful in keeping the virus from moving down to and staying in my lungs. I can feel the fluids moving up and out as my upper torso and head hangs up side down and my chest stretches in different directions.

    I’ve really liked some of your other exercise routines too. This isolation is especially tough for someone like me who likes to keep moving. Glad I found this and thanks again for helping me get through!
