Always warm up for 2-3 minutes before doing ANY workout. Here’s a good multi-purpose warm up that most people can easily do.
20 sec jumping jacks
20 sec squats
20 sec lunges
do twice

Be sure to consider the rest of your workout commitments as you decide which workouts to do. 20 – 30 min total per day is a good amount!

    UPDATES:
    First day was a 2 weeks ago so.. but I had a week break coz of my period..

    DAY 1: I have made a playlist of all the excersised I do! So bare in my this is 1-2 hours of back fat excersise?
    Anyways my back hurts but it feels smaller 😀
    It’s 110 minutes I do! 🙁 so yeah A LOT OF PAIN
