    I do this every morning that I'm making breakfast, instead of doing my floor crunches….this replaces my reverse and front ab crunches, as I cannot be on the ground when I'm cooking.

    "Come On Girls"!?!? At 7:30, you say "come on girls"! Nowhere in your description does it read "ladies only". I'm getting tired of this happening. I just did your workout and I don't have a vagina! Why post such a generic workout just for women, particularly when you're as easy on the eyes as you are, and I'm gay? I'm confused by this.

  12. Working out with Emi Wong, she’s awesome but I have backproblems so crunches etc are just not an option since im constantly working the wrong muscles when I do those. So I needed some inspo for standing abs, this really helps! thankyou so much😘
