Complete the circuit in 3 sets.
– Round 1: 21 reps
– Round 2: 15 reps
– Round 3: 9 reps

  3. Never knew what CrossFit was until I watched this. If rowing is a cool gown, I need to start muchhhh slower than CrossFit.

  4. Maybe I should’ve started with 25lbs on the barbells instead of 45s.👀 but she made this look easy 🤦🏽‍♂️ new crossfit and open to new workouts!

    I admire people who can do these fat burning exercises but surely there are more comfortable fat burning exercises that are just as effective.

    I'm a beginner at crossfit in general…i did the 21,15,9…but with 1 to 2 minute rest between each workout….I AM DRAINED LOL

    Respect those are some energy stealing Burpees over Bar and Toes to Bar. I wouldn´t survive a workout with such a technique. Anyway, Keep it going, good work 🙂
