    Our journeys are so similar!!! Except that I'm nowhere adept at making YouTube videos as you, among other things! For real tho, I injured myself as well (even though it's more of a tricep tendonitis, weirdly, but you felt a bit of a pin piercing near the elbow while pulling yourself up, and also while doing handstand) while forcing on myself too much intensity too soon. I'm scaling back and working towards mass gain as well, focussing on building more pulling strength with strict tempo and eccentrics. It's not as exciting as working towards strength skills but gotta keep my eyes on the long run, and keep the goal the goal. Thanks for your honest sharing and keep it all grounded and realistic. πŸ˜€

  9. Rows really can keep you injury free. Relying on chin ups was a bad mistake I made. Progress on rows!

    Just stopped with trying to learn the front lever for now because I started getting back pain due to the fact I probably don't have the strength to learn front lever at the moment so now I'm trying to learn handstand and dragon flag

    I'm really struggling with regressing the pike push up because even on my toes the beginner level with good form it's so hard and I hate skipping it. Help!! All tutorials I've watched don't touch on that. How do I regress the basic pike push up and build up?
