  2. Hi Tracy, great video! I've been using it now for several months. I just wondered how long it might take for my upper arms to be really firm. I'm 50 but don't have any batwings although I can see if I don't do anything, they will start to appear. Until 2017, I was a potter so got plenty of arm exercise.

    Just looking for some idea of when I should expect to not see my "batwings in the making" wobble when I shake my arm!

    I found the reps to be too fast, but I was using a heavier weight so had to adjust the reps.
