  4. Hi, I have scoliosis and so my lower left back and right shoulder has under-developed muscles, while their right and left counter parts are over-developed causing back pain. Do you have any excesses or advice on how to build up muscle in my weak sides to balance them out?

  10. pain can be a real annoying problem, it can also be crippling. suffered from neck and back pain most of my life. skiing accidents, to much heavy lifting. just allover not watching my body. currently carpal tunnel…yes typing on the infernal machine.. can barely use my right hand.., i witnessed a phenomenon yesterday. My husband is having issues with his neck and mobility. he listened to me( ya i know really) but he used my exercises for neck at Hasfit.com and he is feeling better. shout out to my Hasfit Tribe!!!

    I just discovered a back pain video that you have on your channel. It starts with a stretching routine, and the second half is a strengthening workout. My back was killing me this morning and it helped so much!!!! I felt GREAT afterwards! I had to do a tremendous amount of walking today, so the pain came back a little, and I’m looking forward to doing that workout again! As I’m approaching middle age, I’m finding that I get aches and pain now in my lower back, the side of my hip (usually after very long walks) and sometimes my knees. Can I make a request that you do an exercise routine that builds strength in the areas that start to hurt with aging? Thanks so much for your workouts!! 👍

  17. I really want to ask one thing, is this important to lose body fat first and then start with strength training or we can do this together with cardio/HIIT for losing fat? Also, if My calves are getting bigger what can I do as I already have big calves. Please answer!
