This abs with an exercise ball workout is the ideal routine to help you build a strong core using only a swiss ball. There are 5 abs exercises on the ball that we are pretty sure will be new to you. Try this ab workout on a ball to keep your back safe and get an excellent core burn.

This swiss ball abs routine has 5 stability ball exercises. You’ll do each of these physioball exercises as many reps as you can in 30 seconds followed by 15 seconds of rest. If you are a beginner shoot for 1-2 rounds of this physioball workout. If you are more advanced you can shoot for 3-4 rounds of this exercise ball workout.
