You should consult your physician or other health care professional before starting any resistance program or any other fitness program to determine if it is right for your needs.     Hi coach! can you talk about low Abs i don't know why i can't have 100% plate Abs ,and when i had it i became too small without mussels .i eat a lot of vegetables and fruit
