    discovered these workouts during UK lockdown. They are brillant. Am now a subscriber and have a whole load of them stored on my chromebook. From cardio through to weights and stretches and strenghening. My own gym at home. I vary the type of excercise from day to day and i have become a lot more flexible since i began aswell as fitter.     I used to be a runner, inline skater, cyclist, badminton player, skier too. Now, 25 kg heavier during the latest skiing holiday I realized that I'm rather badly out of shape. Never tried this kind of workout before. This video's basic no nonsense approach gave me the feeling that this could be fun, too. Thanks!

  12. This was a great beginner workout, thank you so much. I used to be in pretty good shape in my late 20s/early 30s but fast forward to my late 30s and I've definitely gotten out of shape. The beginner cardio workouts you guys have are definitely a great way to get back into the swing of working out again.
