Here’s a 30-Day Workout Plan to lose weight and sculpt your body!
This program has a combination of HIIT workouts and STRENGTH training to boost your metabolism, burn calories, lose weight and sculpt lean muscle mass effectively. All you need is ONLY 30 minutes a day to get the workouts done! And the best part is, you can do it at home in a small space with minimal equipment.

All my workouts are done in REAL TIME (no voice over instructions!). I’ll be guiding you through the entire class making sure that you are doing the exercises correctly and to keep you motivated, plus we’ll be having lots of fun. If at all you feel that the exercises are too tough, then feel free to choose the easier version, and slowly progress through the weeks.

    Hi! Hope youre doing good and safe right now.
    Next vlog please: exercises appropriate for those women who have spinal hemangioma, disc bulge and disc dessication🙏
    Also exercises to make the thighs and legs slimmer; to make the butt firmer but not bigger; and to have a toned abdomen.
    Am 5'1", 53.8 kilograms and i have the above mentioned concerns. When i increased in weight, my abdomen become bloated-like in shape. Thank you so much! God bless you more!

  42. 😭😭 for a while now I’ve been trying to create my own playlist and workout schedule, trying to mix HIIT and Resistant training for each week. (2 HIITS, 3 Resistant / Strength training, Total of 5 workouts and 2 active rest days :1hr workouts each day)

    But then this came up and I’m super grateful! I first fell in love with your channel when I saw your 5mins plank challenge (or was it 7mins 🤔)

    anyway I’ve never actually done any of your workouts but I just love listening to your advices, and they’ve already helped me a lot! I now have a better relationship with food and I realize that I actually trust you more than other fitness you tubers! And when you spoke about spot reducing fat being impossible I stopped doing the collarbone exercises I was doing at the time 😂

    Back to my point! Thanks you for this schedule! September is going to be great! Can’t wait!
    And on the bright side, these workouts are just 30 mins so yay! No more 1hr workouts for this girl!
