    I love your videos! I am really out of shape and overweight but I've been working out with you for about a month and I am seeing a huge increase in my fitness levels and I can now walk though the grocery store.without stopping to.stretch my low back or having to lean on thw cart. Thank you so much for making exercise fun and for having sort and long videos thag make it easy to fit small workouts here and there into my day if I'm short on time!!
