    Plzz sir rpl karna..or ho sake toh ek vdo banana sir…dekhi town me gym hai..lekin gaon me gym nhi hai..isliye hum ghar me hi drum bell au ek rod hai..isme hi hum sare exercise karte hai..

    Sir me ghar me exercise karta hoon..aas paas koi gym nahi hai ..or me 7th class se exercise karna sunu kiya tha..thoda thoda karke..but abhi a66e se..din me 2 baar karta hun…toh plz sir esa vdo banao…kab konsi exercise karna chahiye..home gum walo k liye..kab rest lena chaiye..plzz plzz request karta..mera 7 saal hogaya exercise karna..btw esa jada result nhi mila mujhe…
