Tabata Workout | Full Body Workouts | Class FitSugar

We love Tabata interval workouts. It’s four minutes of high-intensity training, alternating between 20 seconds of max training followed by a 10-second rest for a total of eight rounds. These workouts are fast-paced and fun and burn up tons of calories. In this workout, we bring you two sets of Tabata, plus a little warmup and cooldown.     I genuinely like this work out, and use it, but every time I hear “a real tabata is 8 rounds, we’re only doing two” it is incredibly frustrating.
    A “real” Tabata is 4 minutes; 8 20-second rounds. This isn’t “real” because these 20 second rounds aren’t intense enough.
    But whatever, this is a good workout.

    what a joke! this is no way a tabata workout. a tabata workouy is 4 minute workout with 9-10 levels of effort for 20 seconds and 10 second rest…. this is not maximum effort. go do some research man.

    I love your exercises I just can't do it, I haven't done that much exercises in 10 months cause I had broken my foot & I'm at exercises, is there anything to start off with?

    The best 10 minutes version of Tabata ever! Is in my weekly workout program the last 4 months. It helped me to improve my performance in horseback riding, which is a very demanding sport and requires very good physical condition. C o n g r a t s!
