30-Minute Intermediate Arm and Ab Workout With Weights From Raneir Pollard



Join Raneir Pollard for a vigorous arm- and ab-focused workout. Expect exercises including side plank with crunch, arm sprinters, and bicycles with a weight. As always, listen to your body and use lighter weights if you need to — especially for the long arm exercises like the side lunge with row. The longer intervals will have your muscles begging for a rest; luckily, there are several of them built in. Press play, and get ready for a fun time.

  19. That was rubbish. I though it was going to be a weight class-it normally is on a Sunday! Not an all floor class. Can we have the proper weight classes back please? Pretty much all on the floor doesn’t work for everybody. I know have to go walk the dog in the rain to get some proper exercise. Can this not happen again please?
