Hiii may I know whether you first start your workout at the gym with a coach ? Or just simply watch YouTube videos to know how to use these machines? Actually, today I went to gym first time in my life. I do not have any knowledge about the machines in the gym. I am 21 but looks like 17-18. I am so skinny and my height is also short (5’2”). I want to gain some muscles and increase my height at least 2-3 inches, if possible. Can you please suggest which workout should I do in the gym? Please!!!
