10 MINUTE FAT BURNING MORNING ROUTINE | Do this every day | Rowan Row

Get shredded without a gym by doing this routine every morning. It only takes 10 mins of your time.

    Look, I know you've eat. I understand that. But ads should either be at the beginning or the end of the video.
    IF you MUST have ads play in the middle of a 10-minute workout video, then PLEASE make sure they're at least during one of the rest breaks. An ad popping up 3/4s into my set of lunges is nothing short of criminal really…

    Every exercise was of 45 seconds and after that only 15 seconds break.
