    Hey folks! I'm a 74 year old woman who just did this workout for the first time. I made it through the whole thing with the exception of doing modified burpees! If I can do it, you can! Go for it! Great workout and so short.

    Doing this for two weeks, will update every day to see if there is a difference. (I’m posting it so if I ever feel unmotivated this will guilt trip me into doing it)
    Weight:125
    Day one: I AM SWEATING LIKE A PIG I FEEL LIKE I GOT PUT IN A BLENDER AND SPAT OUT
    Day two: my calves are very very sore and I’m still sweating buckets but here we go
    Day three: it still hasn’t gotten any easier, however I feel a lot better of myself now that I know I’m doing something to benefit me
