  6. Oh my goodness, people, you cannot determine a person's health from their weight! Stop doing that! There are plenty of fat people who are perfectly healthy, and plenty of thin people who are unhealthy. I'm pretty sure none of us have access to this woman's medical records, so please stopping pretending that you know anything about her level of health based upon her weight. We do know that she's in good enough shape that exercise is her profession. That's a much better indicator. I'm so tired of the ignorant way most people view body weight. It does so much harm and very little good.

  8. I just have to say huge thank you for this workout ! This is the reason I keep exercising almost everyday during the last one month. I am never lazy to do it no matter how tired I am and this is the key, I think. When u do the workout because you feel obliged, you are fucked.

    This workout is the best example of good energy, well chosen music and well organized content (hard and easy movements come one after another, so you don’t feel the hard part that much).

    Can I just say that as a person who is not a size 0 but is also not considered plus size, that it is so refreshing to see a plus sized instructor who is clearly fit and looks like she was having a blast in this video

  20. I love this workout EXCEPT for the fact that a lot of the time she didn’t start the moves at the beginning of an 8 count or even on the beat! Makes this one super hard to revisit because the timing of starting moves is SO awkward. It was like, okay I’m done explaining and the music is between the 3rd and 4th count but we’re starting this new 8 count anyway. Love these workouts, just staying on the beat and with the natural 8 count of a song is frustrating. 💚
