  9. I Really Really loved this workout. I used to do a lot of cardio and it wasnt really motivating, but I got to this video, and I couldn´t have more fun. Loved the no repeat routine and the music!!!

    I've done other hiit workouts by you but this one was MY FAVORITE. There are so many different workouts that can include weights that you showed me and so many different ways and positions and movements. I especially love during rest time you go over the movements on repeat for just enough time to learn them as you start the next set. I was not bored once! I absolutely loved no repeats and the amount of time for each set and a short amount of rest time. I felt sweaty and strong and felt the burn. Loved this workout, thank you so much!

  25. While I was doing this when I was halfway through my dad came up from the basement and told me to stop because it was too much stomping from the basement. But I went upstairs and kept doing it, I’m very proud of myself because I usaully don’t do much physical activity and not giving up when I was told to stop is a huge milestone! This is a great workout even for a ten year old like me.

    I love doing these kinds of workouts and never getting sore (and before people just and say I’m not doing it right) It’s actually the water that I drink.
